MemoQ internal application error

I tried to open a document file that was fine yesterday but this Internal application error kept popping up.
I tried deleting the file, checking out of the server, then checking back in, but it didn't work.
My deadline's coming up and I am scared I might not get it done in time.
Can someone please help me?
