Mouse pointer gets in the way!

Just a small point, but annoying ...

In the Control Panel I have already told Windows to hide the mouse pointer when I input text with the keyboard.
This seems to work fine with my other programs, but with Transit the mouse pointer refuses to disappear! Keeps getting in the way!

Does anyone have an idea?
