Здесь я не понимаю смысла. Может ли быть минимальная концентрация, превышающая терапевтическую дозу (да еще впятеро)? Или я неверно это поняла?

I understand Boris' version about the safety however I supposed that they wanted to find the drug...Now I think that the objective was to show the the drug did not interfere with the level of xxx enzyme. Thanks to everybody. Please place an answer and I will gladly give you 4 points!

Peter Shortall Jul 2, 2006: I think it means "at a concentration of at least/not less than five times the therapeutic level", i.e. if the therapeutic level is X, then they used a concentration of 5X or more for the test
