You should leave it untranslated. It may indeed be the twenty-second paragraph of article 67, but it's not numbered 22, so referring to 22 will just confuse people.

Article 67.22

In Latin vicies bus is 22- does art 67 have 22 paragraphs? Would it make sense?

I am an English solicitor and never saw Latin used to identify clauses in a contract. Personally, I think that using Latin in this way would be confusing to the client. Just my personal opinion.

Art. 62-(22)

Put (22) in italics. My Italian lawyer friend says that "vicies-bis" is a different article that comes after 21 and before 23. It is not a paragraph or subsection.
The hyphen is necessary in this case, because it you write 62(22) it will rightfully be misconstrued as a paragraph.
