Sto traducendo un decreto di citazione ed è presente la figura di “Addetto ufficio per il processo”, funzione nata con la recente riforma Cartabia (https://www.sistemapenale.it/it/notizie/bando-ufficio-per-il... Le attività di cui è responsabile l’addetto all’ufficio per il processo sembrano apparentemente molto simili sia a quelle del “Judicial assistant” nel sistema giuridico britannico che a quelle del “Law Clerk” nel sistema giuridico statunitense.
Qualcuno ha consigli da darmi su una possibile traduzione?

Paul O'Brien Feb 2, 2023: Hence for future reference we can put law/court/trial clerk, all of which seem perfectly legitimate to me. In Giovanni's case, law clerk may be indicated, though certainly not if it's UK, as a law clerk is a barrister's assistant.
