I know the question has been asked before on this forum, and the Dutch equivalent of 'tog' is apparently 'warmteklasse' (a unit of measuring the warmth of quilts &c - according to Longman), but how do English and Dutch tables compare? Is a 13 tog duvet equivalent to Warmteklasse 1, 2, 3 or perhaps 4? Does anyone know of any tables? - Points will only be awarded to those who address the problem in its entirety - Sorry to all the others! ;-)

De warmteklassen lopen van 1 t/m 4. Klasse 1 is het meest warme dekbed; klasse 4 een typisch zomerdekbed voor zwoele nachten. Klasse 2 is geschikt voor de normale gematigd-koele slaapkamer en bij de meeste mensen favoriet.
