One heading: Tenue de la cassette miroir
Under one subsection: Les pièces rapportées, cassette miroir, miroir, volet…sur le pare soleil ne devront pas se désolidariser lors des manipulations (transport, stockage, montage…)
I have not found this term anywhere, and I do not understand what the "cassette" could be, in regards to the mirror on the sun visor. I don't even have a picture to help me out...;)

mirror cover
A bit of a long shot but a cassette is casing that protects something so perhaps they are referring to the cover that slides over the mirror

compact mirror
What the author probably meant was "a mirror with a (rigid) folding (pop-up?) cover" mounted on a sun visor, possibly with built-in lighting, just like a compact mirror.
"Cassette miroir" sounds like a term dreamed up by someone with more diplomas than brains who's to proud to admit they don't know the term and rather than ask around, invents something no one understands...
A "cassette miroir" is a "mirror cassette", a DAT cassette that mirrors (makes a mirror image, a true copy, in real time). Its a computer term.
First link: Googled "cassette miroir", the only useful two hits (out of 4) are computer related.

mirror assembly
You could also use "mirror cassette", the term exists (or does not exist on the web!) just as well in English than in French.
On many sophisticated sun visors, the mirror has a lighted surrounding with integrated dimmer and switch that turns the light on when you open the flap; this is the set of parts (no dismantling allowed on the ones I know) that is called "mirror cassette", held in the sun visor by a spring or clips, and powered by a connector

The mirror cassette (but housing could also fit) is behind the mirror (you can\'t see it on the visor, it is inside), the mirror cover or flap is hinged over the mirror and hides it when not needed, so the mirror inside its cassette or housing behind ot is hidden by a cover of flap over it.
I hope this is clear enough, or take a walk to your garage and have a look at all that!
