My brain is frozen through and through, and I am stuck on this term, which seems to require a very precise translation. The context is: "Genom en s.k. beståndsöverlåtelse den [date] överflyttades hela verksamheten till en filial till det svenska bolaget". Is it what corresponds to a "holdings transfer" in English?

I suppose you could say 'comprehensive transfer', to avoid being too specific, or 'complete transfer' to include everything.

Discussion
It is an insurance company. I know what you are saying but the transfer (or assignment) pertains to employees, general assets, as well as specific obligations. Portfolio seems too narrow...
