Dear colleagues,

I am working on a university project and my team and I are going to study some terms within context in different web sites. It is a localization survey.

For that reason, I need your advice because I would like to know which is the best term-extraction tool or software and tell me your experience with them

A simple one which I can recommend if you don't get any better, is ExtPhr32. It converts all extracted terms and phrases to uppercase, unfortunately, but it is lightning fast even on slow computers. You need at least Windows 95. It is freeware.
