Hello,

I received a .cap file today to start a new translation project and after I insert my password (it's correct) I get the following message:

Authorization failed:
License "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" does not exist or does not match the master license. Please contact your system administrator.

Is this a problem in my system or something is wrong in the .cap file?

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Hello!

This is just to inform you that this was successfully solved with a new .cap file the agency sent me.

Best,
