Order of front page items

I cannot drag the items in this setting for my home page content. The cursor does change into a drag icon (crossing arrows) but I cannot click or drag anything, not in Chrome nor Safari. Is this working for anyone else?

I'm not seeing any problems with this. It sounds like it may be an issue with your browser(s).
