Recommend software for Polish translation

I'm new in translation and looking to buy software which will be helpful in translation using Polish language. Could someone recommend which is the best?

… so it might be better suited to the Polish language. Notice I said "might", as I have no idea which CAT tool is better at Polish than at other languages, although I'm sure certain CAT tools will handle certain languages better than others.

OmegaT uses tokenizers, a very efficient feature when working with highly inflective languages, which improves getting matches from TMs/glossaries. For some languages, dedicated tokenizers are available. For others (Polish included), Hunspell dictionaries can be used for stemming.

CafeTran can do this too. And also a more rude truncation, based on term length only.
