Trados 2015 with automatic update to 2017 Jan 25, 2017

On nov. 16, 2016 I bought the licence for Trados Studio Freelance 2015 with automatic update to the new version, which was to be released on the following day. I used the 2015 version till yesterday when I tried to update to the 2017 one but it seems I have to pay for the upgrade.
Could you help me please?
